Shipping
Wholesale prices don't include shipping. We'll provide you an estimate after submitting an order. If it isn't satisfactory, you can of course cancel the order.
You are also free to use your own shipping rates/accounts or organize a pick up from our warehouse.
Payment / Credit
To keep our prices as sharp as we can, we don't offer any payment terms. All payments must be received in full and cleared before an order leaves our warehouse.
We do, however, offer payment by credit or debit card, currently with no surcharges - so go ahead and collect those points and miles!
You can also pay by check or bank transfer, but we do wait for payment to clear before releasing goods.
Pricing
Before you are logged in, you will see MSRP prices. Only when you are signed in with an approved account will you see the wholesale prices available. This is to protect our partners.
Taxes / Duties
For US businesses, we will only approve businesses with valid resale tax exemptions, so there will be no taxes on top of your checkout price.
For international businesses, goods will be shipped DDU / DAP - you will be responsible for any duties or taxes due at customs/border control. Most countries allow you to reclaim at least the sales tax element, but we are not in the tax advice business so please seek proper opinion.
